CSR customer service representative / order desk required.
Candidate must have strong and effective voice on the telephone. Must be able to communicate clearly and have written/spoken skills in both English and French.
Job requirements included but not limited to:
- Answering customer inquiries
- Processing orders, quotes, etc
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- Reviewing open orders
- Promote , sell and secure orders from existing and potential customers
